Wilton Homes is a family business established in 2002. Brothers Gary and Alan Partington manage all aspects of the company and have over 23 years experience creating unique and individual homes.

Employing only the most experienced architects and craftsmen we take a personal interest in each project to ensure it is completed to the highest standards and within the time scales agreed.

To become a registered builder with the NHBC (National House Building Council) means we have demonstrate financial security, technical competence, follow the NHBC Rules and build homes to NHBC Standards of construction. All our work is guaranteed for 10 years under the Buildmark guarantee scheme

Customer care and personal service top our priority list - we don't just create your new home, we oversee the whole process from design conception through planning, building and onto completion and moving in.
